El ARCO...a trompicones

Desde que a finales de enero se implantó en la primera urbana de Zaragoza la plataforma ARCO han pasado casi dos meses y en poco ha mejorado el funcionamiento del nuevo sistema “que simplificará los diferentes procesos que se llevan a cabo en la oficina, supondrá un importante avance en la gestión de nuestro trabajo y redundará en la calidad de servicio que la Entidad viene prestando a sus clientes” según decía pomposamente el e-mail de un Director Territorial a sus oficinas.

Nos consta que se han hecho muchas observaciones por los curritos sobre carencias o mal funcionamiento del ARCO, y también nos consta que, todavía dos meses después, muchas de ellas siguen sin solucionarse.

También estamos preocupados por como se está gestionando desde la Dirección todo el proceso de aprendizaje de la nueva plataforma.

TODO QUEDA EN LA VOLUNTAD DE LA PLANTILLA, porque mientras el dinero se tira en otras historias, no hay plantilla suficiente o no quieren que haya dinero para que haya un VERDADERO proceso de formación y aprendizaje de algo tan fundamental, como dicen que va a ser el ARCO.



Ø Te sueltan unas píldoras formativas en el Portal del Empleado que hay que hacer cuando se pueda. Te facilitan unos auriculares, cuando saben que es muy difícil que las puedas hacer en la oficina, pero así se lavan las manos. Estas píldoras son como una película, con lo cual el final es feliz, aunque sea una película larga.
Ø Luego les dan a algunos (suelen ser subdirectores) un archivo de unas 50 páginas (que incluye ¡¡¿¿!!?? información económica varia de empleados reales) que tiene que servir para ¿formar? a algunos de algunas oficinas, para que, a su vez, luego sean formadores o monitores o no se sabe qué, de otras oficinas, en una especia de cascada de información. Estas reuniones son tiempo y dinero tirado. No sirve para nada leer unas fotocopias, sino tienes delante una pantalla donde puedas ver lo que sale en la fotocopia.
Ø Después hay que hacer las prácticas en una oficina que ya tendrá ARCO, y que ¿funcionará? y que no sabemos quién monitorizará.

Y por supuesto, todo esto POR LA TARDE, faltaría más.

Desde UGT-iberCaja entendemos, que todo esto nos lleva a una situación kafkiana. Se obliga a la plantilla a un esfuerzo “voluntario” de muchas horas extras gratis, baldío en su mayor parte, con una plataforma informática, definitivamente mejorable y sin que en realidad, después de todo este proceso, pueda reconocer alguien que sabe trabajar en ARCO.

Estamos convencidos, y repetimos, que para perder el tiempo, por mala organización y mala planificación, no está el tiempo libre de la plantilla, por lo que NADIE debería consentir, que una vez más, se rían de nosotros y reclamar las horas extras que nos van a hacer dedicar.

Con plantillas suficientes y dos dedos de frente, grupos de empleados (uno o más por oficina) en horario laboral y en instalaciones suficientemente equipadas, podrían formarse en conocimiento y prácticas de ARCO.

Con plantillas ajustadas a la mínima expresión y ésta Dirección, los empleados utilizando su tiempo libre, oirán (¿aprenderán?) de segunda o tercera mano y con un equipo manifiestamente perfeccionable, lo que supondrá un importante avance en la gestión de nuestro trabajo. Con dos...
